The Perfect “Pear” and Brussels Sprout Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
- 1 large pear, diced
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and water
- In a large mixing bowl, add the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, thyme, nutmeg and black pepper.
- Mix until well incorporated
- Add the pear, brussels sprouts, cranberries, almonds. Toss.
- Serve and enjoy!
