Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Place broccoli florets on the baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on baking sheet 
  3. Roast 15 to 20 minutes or until browned around edges. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired. 
  4. NOTE: To add a brightness, squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on top after roasting.
