Ingredients
- 3 Haas avocados, pitted and cut into ½ in. cubes
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime (2 tbsp)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped OR 1½ chopped Banana peppers, prepared the same way
- Pinch of salt
- Optional Additions: 1 large ripe tomato, chopped. 1 garlic clove, minced. ½ teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Mash 2 of the avocados until they are relatively smooth using a fork in a medium bowl.
- Fold the cubed avocado and the remaining ingredients into the mashed avocado. Mix well.
