Citrus Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 3 cups of shredded cabbage (green, red or mixed)
- 2 scallions/green onions
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 tbsp light mayonaise
- Juice of 1 lime (2 tbsp)
- Juice of 1 lemon (3 tbsp)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Chop cabbage, onion, carrot, and cilantro; combine in large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, lemon, lime salt and pepper.
- Stir together and let rest for 30 minutes. Top on your favorite taco with pico de gallo salsa.
