Citrus Apple Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, green, shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 granny smith apples, julienned (sliced into small strips)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 orange, juiced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and dress to taste
  2. Allow to chill for 10 minutes prior to serving and enjoy!
