Broccoli Makeover

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Lemon, quartered
Instructions
- Turn the oven on and set the heat to 500 degrees.
- Separate broccoli into bite-size florets (the curly part) and stems.
- Remove the stalks’ outer peels and cut the stalks into 2-3 inches pieces. Put the florets and peeled stems on a baking sheet.
- Add olive oil and salt and mix well.
- Once the oven temperature has reached 500 degrees, put the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the broccoli is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Take the sheet out of the oven. If you like, sprinkle with parmesan cheese or lemon juice — or both.
