Bell Pepper Stuffed with Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- One 5 oz can tuna fish (packed in water)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chopped veggies: onion, celery, pepper, carrots
- 2 bell peppers, sliced into quarters (1 or 2 inch-wide slices) with ribs/stems removed
Instructions
- Drain and rinse tuna. Mix tuna and plain Greek yogurt in a bowl.
- Add your favorite chopped veggies for crunch.
- Add you favorite flavorings.
- Fill bell pepper quarters with tuna salad. Enjoy!
