Baked Apples and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potatoes
- 1 large apple
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional Toppings: cinnamon and pecans, pumpkin pie seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash and dry sweet potatoes and apples. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Place onto a baking sheet coated with olive oil.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, until a fork goes into the sweet potato easily.
