Avocado and Cream Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 Haas avocado, large, very ripe (1 cup mashed, 200 grams)
- 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Dash of kosher salt
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until done
- Scoop into servings bowls; chill before serving
