Founded in 2018 by the West Virginia University Health Sciences Center Eastern Division, Farm to You is offered at seven WVU Medicine clinics using fresh, local produce from Berkeley and Jefferson County farmers.
Our team of clinicians, medical faculty, nutritionists, chefs and farmers have built Farm to You to address the most common challenges, questions, and barriers that people face when they are working to eat well long-term and prevent, manage or reverse complex conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
Farm to You is supported by a grant from the USDA-NIFA Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Program, as well as generous donor and grant funds. If you’d like to support the expansion of Farm to You to new clinics and regions, we are grateful for donations of any kind.
